These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 63ph4 ("63ph4," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 63ph4 online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at 63ph4.net and any associated mobile applications or platforms.

By creating a 63ph4 account, logging in, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by 63ph4, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. To register and maintain an account on 63ph4, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines or your jurisdiction of residence.

63ph4 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If you are found to be under 21 years of age, your account will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits may be returned at 63ph4's sole discretion.

Each individual may hold only one (1) 63ph4 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant regulatory authorities.

When registering a 63ph4 account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update it promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 63ph4 login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 63ph4 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

All financial transactions on the 63ph4 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 63ph4 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.

Deposits are credited to your 63ph4 account balance upon confirmation of receipt by 63ph4's payment processing systems. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited within seconds. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution.

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. 63ph4 aims to process all withdrawal requests promptly. However, 63ph4 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of identity verification, investigation of suspected fraud or bonus abuse, or compliance with applicable legal or regulatory requirements.

You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. 63ph4 reserves the right to request documentation confirming ownership of the payment method used for deposits or withdrawals.

63ph4 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and referral rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry periods.

General bonus conditions applicable to all 63ph4 promotions unless otherwise stated:

63ph4 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games, and live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time. All game outcomes are determined fairly and independently of any player action or 63ph4 intervention.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game, 63ph4 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. 63ph4 shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 63ph4 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

All content on the 63ph4 platform — including but not limited to the 63ph4 brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 63ph4 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 63ph4 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the 63ph4 platform without prior written consent from 63ph4.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 63ph4 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the 63ph4 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill.

63ph4's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 63ph4 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

63ph4 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the platform at your own risk.

You may close your 63ph4 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

63ph4 operates within the PAGCOR regulatory framework. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the 63ph4 platform complies with the laws of their jurisdiction of residence.
